All our protection/security officers are professionally trained and experienced in their fields. All officers hold a current security license, are certified in First Aid and comply with all Occupational Health & Safety, Environment Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practices and Guidelines.

Our Team
Michael Bawden
Owner/Manager Michael has over 27 years of experience working in the security industry including security management of industrial sites, shopping centres, sporting venues, asset protection as well as personal protection for high profile clients. He has extensive experience working in both Queensland & South Australia and while doing so Michael identified a need for cost effective security solutions and established Proline Protection in 2012.
Ben Levi
Marketing Manager Ben’s been in the security industry for 15 years and has helped Proline Protection since its creation. With experience in hotels, running over 110 venues with 260 security staff, festivals and large events as a security manager/co-ordinator he’s always made staff and patrons safety his priority. He has recently come on board more formally to help with our tenders and contracts process and to be a sounding board for the management team.
Denim Cain
Office Manager Denim has 10 years’ experience working in administration, community services and management roles. Over time Denim has accumulated extensive experience in conflict resolution with troubled youth, implementing programs for staff, and liaising with government structures. Denim has come on board in an office management position to manage the business in an administrative role.
